Euna offering me the combat vest and rope was her way of asking me to carry her on my back.
With her ability, she could create a kind of piggyback baby carrier, allowing me to carry Euna instead of a backpack. Hyeji and my backpack would then go on the handcart.
This would add Hyeji and her belongings to the weight I was already carrying, but considering my stamina, it wouldn’t be a problem at all.
‘I was planning to carry Hyeji and keep running anyway.’
It was Euna’s own alternative.
A compromise that allowed us to keep moving without Hyeji having to ride in the handcart.

She created the baby carrier by turning the combat vest upside down. Our arms would go into the leg holes, and the part that usually covered the back would support her buttocks.
