Chapter 33 Transmission
“Oh, you’re out. Captain, did it go well?”
The first person to greet Namgung-woo as he emerged from the training chamber was none other than Yang Kwae.
With his blade casually slung over his shoulder, he was waving his hands, seemingly practicing the Forms of the Thirteen Lightning Sword Strikes through hand gestures alone.
“Yang Kwae. Where’s Yang Jeong?”
“He’s standing guard, so he’s probably resting in his room.”
Yang Kwae swallowed, his throat bobbing, immediately after answering without thinking.
He had changed.
Namgung-woo’s spiritual aura was noticeably different from before he entered the training chamber.
So much so that even Yang Kwae, a weaker opponent by a significant margin, could tell.
How much time has passed? Is this truly a genius?
A difference in class.
It was an overwhelmingly vast gap.
Namgung-woo stopped before Yang Kwae, his spiritual aura now much more stable and profound.
“Is that so? How many days has it been?”
He had been lost in a state of selflessness, forgetting the outside world. Namgung-woo had even transcended the flow of time.
“Exactly two days, I’d say.”
“I was in there longer than I thought.”
“You know it, Captain. The Peng Clan members were practically going mad.”
“I did act quite rudely.”
Not only had he abruptly asked to borrow a training space the moment he arrived, but he had also remained in secluded training for two full days. It must have been quite bewildering for them.
However, Namgung-woo didn’t regret his actions. It was a necessary process. And it was the fastest way to achieve the Peng Clan’s wishes.
