Chapter 80
The election, the grandest event of Partes Academy, was drawing near.
There were two candidates.
[Faust Pelles of the Sceletus School]
[Lily of Lux Lunae]
One was a follower of Deses, a figure who had garnered much attention for his refined looks and exceptional medical skills.
Though his grades were lower than Lily’s, he had earned more than enough of everyone’s trust.
However, this didn’t mean Lily was at a complete disadvantage.
While she was often mocked as the ‘Second Princess,’ that was largely confined to students from the Sceletus School who followed Deses and a subset of students obsessed with noble supremacy and bloodlines.
Objectively speaking, Lily possessed a certain haughty charm and elegance. Because of this, there were frequently students who confessed their feelings to her.
Moreover, her popularity wasn’t based solely on her appearance.
First and foremost, she didn’t just cater to the students’ whims; she often offered greetings and would frequently roll up her sleeves to help whenever there was trouble at the academy.
While Eri radiated a tomboyish and innocent charm, Lily possessed a mix of kindness and a dignified, aloof style.
Looking at the names of Faust Pelles and Lily on the candidate list, McCally pondered for a long time before letting out a disgruntled remark.
“This is essentially the hidden power players running amok.”
“…That’s a bit much to say in front of the person involved,” Lily countered with a look of disbelief.
