Chapter 299. Pursuit
Navigating the Bustling City District of Seoul was no easy feat.
We couldn’t take more than a few steps without running into Zombies.
Sometimes it was just a few Normal Zombies, other times a sizable Zombie horde blocked our path.
Mutated Zombies also made frequent appearances.
“Damn it… this keeps dragging on.”
“Tell me about it. They just keep spawning.”
“Uh… how about this room?”
After fighting Zombies and moving all morning, we entered a Commercial Building.
It had a large “massage” Sign and looked relatively clean compared to other places.
“Alright. Everyone, put down your bags and rest a bit.”
After clearing the Building, we entered the largest room on the top Rooftop.
A slight breeze blew in through the broken window.
The sun was scorching, but at least we felt alive.
Leaning against the wall, I scratched at the dried blood caked on my Arm.
“Ugh, this is exhausting. It really drains you.”
“I almost feel like it was better when the city was flooded.”
“Exactly. The Zombies look even more disgusting now. Ugh.”
Even before, the Zombies were generally repulsive.
Now, they were even more grotesque.
Zombies no longer wore clothes.
Before, most of them at least had some tattered rags on.
Perhaps due to the flood, now far more Zombies were completely naked, not even a pair of Panties.
Of course, that wasn’t the only reason they were repulsive.
“Was it the fish that did that?”
