Although the palace officials did not dare to resist, the discovery of two more deaths threw everyone into panic. Many began to question whether Qin Yefeng could truly capture the creature.

The two soon arrived at a pavilion in the middle of a lake.

“Why did you stop me from drinking earlier?” Qin Yefeng asked directly.
“General Luo Wo said that wine contains blood fiends. Didn’t you know that kind of wine contains fresh blood?” Ming Yuexin asked softly under the moonlight.
