Chapter 101
The Fight Club finals.
Each noble representative has their own reason for joining the Fight Club. To eliminate even one competitor, to gauge their standing among the representatives, or driven by a pure desire to test themselves against the strongest…
But above all else, there was one reason that mattered most.
To get their hands on the Fight Club’s ‘championship prize’ awarded to the ultimate victor.
The winner receives the privilege of ‘immediately securing a confirmed bid’ on any item from the Black Market.
And assuming Guild City’s claim is true, we must secure victory and firmly grasp the prize they boast about so much.
Dale, his resolve set, lifted his head toward his final opponent.
Before him stood Mikhail, the second son of the Lancaster family, one of the Empire’s three great duke houses. Despite the age gap nearly matching that of siblings, Mikhail’s expression as he looked at Dale was profoundly serious.
He possessed a noble bearing, devoid of even a hint of carelessness or disrespect.
“It is a tremendous honor to meet the Prince of Saxony.”
Mikhail bowed his head respectfully, offering his courtesy.
“I humbly request your guidance in the ways of the sword.”
“It is my honor to witness the swordsmanship of Prince Mikhail, who is said to be the closest to the ‘Seven Swords of the Continent’.”
“Now, now, that’s too kind.”
Mikhail smiled with feigned humility.
“Who could dare speak of ‘talent’ before the eldest son of the Saxon House?”
