Chapter 94 Pyo Ju (2)
‘Accepting the teachings of the Demon Sect…?’
Gu Yangjie listened to their conversation and was utterly shocked.
Who was Zheng Falong?
Also known as the White Jade Immortal, he was once the supreme master of the righteous sects, succeeding Jin Wuyue, and had fought bloody battles against the Nine Demon Sect.
His seniority was higher than that of the current Sect Leader, Bai Danxian, and he was a sworn brother of Tongtian Weng Dan Wuling, whom Gu Yangjie had met previously.
If word began to spread that Zheng Falong had taught Yu Zhangming, it would inevitably reach not only Huashan but also other sects far and wide.
That was how significant Zheng Falong was—alongside Zheng Zhongshan, he represented Huashan’s past as a renowned hero and master.
Knowing Zheng Falong’s usual temperament, Gu Yangji sensed something amiss in his actions.
‘Still, Senior Brother is the disciple of the Sect Leader. He must know that teaching him would diminish the Sect Leader’s honor…’
Gu Yangjie narrowed his eyes as he watched Zheng Paro and Yu Zhangming.
There was surely a reason behind Zheng Paro’s actions.
But he didn’t think it was negative.
‘Moreover, if it’s Elder Zheng Paro, he should be able to assess Senior Brother’s abilities and teach him.’
Was that why he intended to teach him, or was it yet another interference from Plum Blossom Valley?
The image of Jin Muwol evasively avoiding mention of Yu Zhangming suddenly flashed through his mind.
