Chapter 309. Joining
Back at the Cathedral, I began to butcher the rabbits I’d caught.
The moment I stepped into the yard, Schneider approached, showing keen interest in the rabbit carcasses. Was it that hungry?
Schneider snatched a skinned baby rabbit and disappeared behind the Cathedral. I’d thought it would wait for us to cook it.
I listened closely and soon heard Schneider and the turtle smacking their lips.
‘Almost out of water…’
The water supply ran low during the butchering process. I had conserved it as much as possible, but I didn’t regret using it all. It was for the physical recuperation of my group, and now that Sora was with us, we wouldn’t have to worry about Drinking Water anymore. Sora’s Ability would take care of that.
“Taesik~ Did you sleep well?”
“Oh, Mina.”
While I was busy preparing food for the group in the Yard, Mina emerged. She looked well-rested, her face bright. Or perhaps it was the effect of her Ability.
“Oh my? What’s all this?”
“Rabbits. Caught them on Namsan.”
“Wow~ That’s amazing. Are rabbits really this big? How did you even catch them?”
Mina lent a hand. After butchering the rabbits, I gathered Firewood. I lit a fire, fashioned some pointed skewers, and threaded the prepared flesh onto them. Now, all that was left was to wait for the Meat to cook.
“You’ve worked hard. Are you hungry?”
Mina asked, lifting her upper body clothing. My gaze was drawn to her white skin, exposed in the sunlight.
“Maybe it’s because I woke up a little late today… but my Breasts feel like they’re going to burst.”
