Chapter 186
Chapter 186 – Altar
A few hours later, Qin Yefeng, relying on his powerful Dragon Race bloodline, had recovered about seventy to eighty percent. He then stood up and noticed that Ye Ruoxuan was still cultivating, indicating her injuries were likely severe.
After Qin Yefeng stood up, he found the entire environment to be dim. The cave felt very damp, and the ceiling above was made of hard marble.
“It seems there’s only one path forward. There are enemies behind us, so we can’t go back that way. We can only explore deeper into this cave to see if there’s an exit,” Qin Yefeng mused silently.
After Qin Yefeng had a general look at the cave, he walked directly to Ye Ruoxuan’s side and saw the blood on her chest, indicating she was severely wounded.
Just as Qin Yefeng was about to treat Ye Ruoxuan’s injuries, she suddenly opened her eyes and stared at him, making him feel awkward.
“Do you know where this place is?” Qin Yefeng asked Ye Ruoxuan awkwardly.
“I’m not entirely sure where this is, but I suspect the Demonic Beasts that appeared this time might be the work of the Heavenly Sword Sect. I saw traces of the Heavenly Sword Sect before I was pursued by the Jade-Faced Rakshasa,” Ye Ruoxuan said coldly.
“Qin Yefeng didn’t reveal anything about you and me, so don’t look at me like an enemy,” Qin Yefeng said, moving a little further from Ye Ruoxuan.
“I don’t care about that. Do you know anything about the Heavenly Sword Sect?” Ye Ruoxuan asked, her expression growing even colder as she looked into Qin Yefeng’s eyes.
