Chapter 636
Thump, thump
To resolve that curiosity, Myeonghu set off once more. The knights and soldiers guarding the castle gates had already been killed by the markings.
Myeong-hu passed through the gate unhindered and entered the palace. And the moment he set foot inside the palace.
[An uninvited guest has entered.]
[You have invaded Damian’s Royal Palace.]
[The Curse of Limerup activates.]
[All stats reduced by 10%.]
[All speed is reduced by 20%.]
[All defense is reduced by 30%.]
[Your location is continuously revealed.]
A message appeared.
‘Debuff alert.’
It was indeed the royal palace. Following the stat reduction, this debuff lowered both speed and defense while revealing his location.
‘But can’t we resist it?’
Myeong-hu tilted his head as he read the message. With his Wisdom stat and the Sacred Flame, he should have been able to resist and nullify the curse, yet resistance failed.
‘Is it because it’s a special space…’
It seemed the palace being a special space was the reason.
‘Come to think of it, the guild house was like that too.’
Wasn’t the guild house the same? Myeong-hu nodded as if he understood.
“Stop!”
It was right then. The moment he nodded, someone’s shout rang out. Myeong-hu stopped walking and looked toward the source of the shout.
Thud thud thud thud!
Numerous knights and soldiers were charging toward them. Seeing them, Myeong-hu grinned and raised his staff.
“With all your might!”
Swish
Light appeared on the staff. And when the knights and soldiers drew near, Myeonghu swung his staff and struck the ground.
