Chapter 471
Arriving before the outer walls, Gipsal pulled the expeditionary force’s token from his inventory. He presented it to the knight guarding the gate.

Upon seeing the expedition token, the knight bowed his head slightly in greeting to Gipsal. Gipsal returned the greeting and passed the knight, entering the outer castle.
“So this is the outer castle…”
After entering the outer castle, Gipsal put the token back in his inventory and looked around. Perhaps because it was near the entrance, it didn’t look much different from outside.
After closing his inventory, Gipsal began walking along the castle walls, examining what lay around him.
‘It’s bigger than I thought?’
The first thing he saw was the blacksmith’s shop. Perhaps because it was directly under the state, it boasted a scale incomparable to the blacksmiths he’d seen outside.
Gipsal approached the smithy. He was curious about what the inside looked like and how it operated.

Arriving at the forge, Gipsal could hear the clanging of hammers on iron, the hiss of evaporating water, and various other sounds.
“Huh?”
And right then. A middle-aged man stepped out of the smithy. Despite his deeply wrinkled face, the man possessed immense muscles. Spotting Gipsal standing before the smithy, he stopped in his tracks, a slightly startled expression on his face.
“Huh?”
