Chapter 461
The city wall shattered into pieces, and silence hung heavy. But Minghu hadn’t come here to create silence.
Thud, thud
Myeong-hu began walking toward the city gate, which had been firmly closed but was now shattered and breached by the mark.
“…”
“…”
Robel and the soldiers snapped to attention at Myeonghu’s footsteps. Yet they did not rise from their positions. They merely turned their heads slightly, gazing elsewhere. Thus, Myeonghu passed through the gate unhindered and entered the Imperial Palace.
[Sacred Empire – You have entered the Imperial Palace.]
Upon entering the Imperial Palace, a message appeared. Myeong-hu opened his inventory while reading the message. He took out the ‘Map of the Forgotten God’s Temple 3’ and unfolded it.
‘I just need to keep going straight this way.’
After confirming the destination’s location via Map 3 of the Forgotten God’s Temple, Myeonghu set his direction and stowed the map back into his inventory. Closing the inventory, he began walking. And right then…
Swoosh
As if waiting for Myeong-hu to start walking, the surrounding space began to warp.
“…?”
Frowning at the suddenly warping space around him, Myeong-hu frowned.
‘A trap?’
It seemed he had fallen into a trap. There was no reason for the space to warp unless it was a trap.
Swoosh
After a moment, the distorted space restored itself. Of course, the surrounding scenery had changed significantly from before the distortion. Seeing the altered surroundings, Myeong-hu realized he had arrived at a new place. It was as he had expected.
