Chapter 423

[Attack reflection is nullified for 1 minute.]
‘Got it.’
Myeong-hu, who had been punching at the mobs, stopped hunting them upon seeing the message.
“Blood Wave.”
He cast Blood Wave again and charged toward the attack-reflecting Kraken he had targeted.
“One Punch.”
Arriving before the Attack Reflect Kraken, Myeong-hu immediately unleashed a One Punch.
Boom!
-Gulp..
[Paraden: You have defeated Logion.]
[Fame increased by 300,000.]
[Level Up!]

[Level Up!]
[Level Up!]
[The reward for the quest ‘Repurem’s Proposal’ has been enhanced.]
A single punch struck, and Logion, crouched with skin glistening, met his end with a death cry.
‘I was right.’
Seeing the message, Myeonghu was certain his hunch was correct.
‘Because the required quantity increases every time the reward is enhanced.’
At first, I thought the rewards would get stronger with each Kraken I defeated. But as I kept hunting, I realized that wasn’t the case. After the rewards were boosted, I had to defeat even more Krakens before the next boost.
‘This must be the last reward upgrade.’
Myeonghu shifted his gaze from the message to check the remaining Kraken count. Only two Kraken remained. Two was woefully insufficient for the reward to upgrade again. Meaning, the upgrade just now was the last one here.
‘Should I try hunting more elsewhere?’
Of course, Kraken existed elsewhere too. He could travel the continent, hunt Kraken to upgrade his rewards, and then collect the rewards.
