“Welcome to the Elpanus Swarm.”
As Marx finished speaking, a message began to appear.
[You have completed the quest “Collect Points!”].
[I passed the second exam].
[Earn rewards based on accumulated points and quest completion time].
[Quest reward will also increase Elpanus’ Merit by 50 million].
[Earned Elpanus Merit].
[Helioca and Elpanus meridians have been merged].
[Merit badges will be integrated, making merit badges available in the Elpanus Kingdom].
[Gain special rewards for holding black cards].
[As a special reward, your merit will increase by 50 million].
[Blackmail allows you to be treated as a Baron].
The number of messages that appeared was staggering.
“Integrate, Baron!
The most notable of these was the integration of the meritocracy, and the fact that the black flag could be used to gain baronial status.
“And that the merit badge can be used in the kingdom of Elpanus.
Originally, Ming Hu, as a user of the Helioca Empire, could not use Merit Points in the Elpanus Kingdom. However, with the integration of karma, this restriction was lifted. That wasn’t the only change.
“If I had a black plaque, I could get into the royal palace.
The last message said that the black plaque would grant him the equivalent of a baronet. Present the black plaque to the knight guarding the entrance and you would be allowed to pass through unharmed.
“Here you go. I’ll see you here in 20 days.”
Marx then handed the black plaque to Ming Hu and spoke. As soon as Marx finished speaking, a message appeared.
