Chapter 268
“…huh?
When Ming Hu saw the message, he stopped walking toward the door and immediately opened his inventory to see the suppression orb.
‘Are you shiny?
When I checked to see if it was activated, the inventory slot where the deterrent orb sits was glowing.
I also noticed that the Enable button, which had been disabled, was enabled as prompted, but that wasn’t all.
“What’s with that?
The Demon Instinct, a Legendary item obtained from Makusa that allows you to change your race to a demon, was also glowing, as was the Inhibitory Orb.
“This is a red light.
Sure, they shimmered, but they were different colors. The suppression orb was glowing white, and the demonic instinct was glowing red.
“What the…
Why did I suddenly get this message, and why were my Inhibitory Orb and Demon Instinct glowing? I couldn’t figure it out right now.
Ming Hu opened the Quests window to see the quests he had received from the Temple.
The gate to the 7th Realm has been reopened. Find the Suppression Orb somewhere in the 7 Realms and reseal the open gate!
Difficulty Level: S
Quest Reward: Increased Friendship with the Temple that gave the quest, and 1 million contribution from the Temple that gave the quest.
“Hmmm.”
Upon seeing the quest, Ming Hu grunted.
“If I use it, the quest will be completed, right?
Special quests don’t require reporting. They are automatically completed when the quest requirements are met.
Currently, the completion condition for the special quest I received in the temple is to reseal the open door, and since the Use Inhibitory Orb button is active, I thought that using the Inhibitory Orb would seal the door and complete the quest.
