Chapter 124
“…Bam.”
Ming Hu looked at the knuckles and gauntlets, and his mouth watered with disappointment. Every single knuckle and gauntlet on display was a good option. They weren’t in the imperial treasury for nothing.
“Sounds good, but…”
But Ming Hu wasn’t so keen on the idea, as his current OPG was more efficient.
“Let’s finish up…”
Ming Hu muttered and walked over to the knuckles and gauntlets he hadn’t seen yet. As he looked at them, he was surprised to see the information on one gauntlet.
Limit: Force 3000

An additional +1 Strength for each Ogre captured (additional Strength: 0) (max 1000)
I could arm-wrestle an ogre and win! – Ogre the Ogre Hunter
Merit required: 9 million
“There’s…this.”
The Ogre Power Gauntlet of Growth, currently worn by Ming Hu, was the top item in the OPG. Ming Hu checked the merit required to purchase it.
“Nine million?”
Ming Hu frowned slightly. It was a good item, to be sure, but there were too many diminishing returns on the purchase.
Sigh
Putting down the Growing Ogre Power Gauntlet, Ming Hu began to check the knuckles and gauntlets he hadn’t seen yet. After a while, when he had checked all the knuckles and gauntlets, Ming Hu looked at the Ogre Power Gauntlet of Growth and muttered to himself.
“That’s the best one…”
For him, the most effective knuckles and gauntlets here were the Ogre Power Gauntlets of Growth, but the nine million merit points were too much for him to purchase, and he had yet to visit the fifth floor of the Exchange.
