It was no false emotion. Dale shielding her mind was merely pulling the trigger.
For as their journey together continued, Yufi’s feelings toward Dale swelled day by day.
“This is not a suitable place for Miss Yufi to confess her feelings.”

Dale said with a wry smile, and Yufi turned her head in a startled flinch. Her cheeks flushed. Only then did Yufi realize how absurd her words had sounded.
