Chapter 70: Qingcheng Sect – Part 2
Bisaeng had already gone ahead to a nearby village and secured an inn for them. Meticulously, he had arranged not only two rooms but also had bathwater heated and ready.
They first went to their room, took a refreshing shower for the first time in ages, and came downstairs looking noticeably refreshed.
Perhaps because they had washed away the grime of days past, the two women looked incomparably more beautiful than before.
Even though they wore the loose-fitting clothes borrowed from the inn, they seemed to radiate a vibrant glow.
People seated at other tables couldn’t take their eyes off them, stealing glances their way.

“I ordered ages ago, and the food’s still late. How are you supposed to run a business like this?”
The two young ladies couldn’t bring themselves to speak to Bi Sa-yeong, whose expression was far from pleasant.
But while others might not know, I knew exactly why he was acting this way.
Earlier, I’d been caught staring blankly at Lady Jeong-an as she descended the stairs with a bright smile.
