Chapter 119: The Sword Demon of the Gorge
Seon Woo-jin, who had entered through the crack in the stone wall, felt a momentary dizziness as if the world had turned upside down.
It felt as if he had entered a different world.
And as soon as he looked around, Seon Woo-jin realized it wasn’t a mistake.
He muttered blankly.
“What the hell is this…”
Dang Yeo-eun, who had entered holding her hand, was equally bewildered.
Her expression blank as she scanned the surroundings, she asked in a dazed voice.
“What on earth happened here?”
A forest stretched out around them.
A vast forest stretching endlessly.
But somehow, even that seemed understandable.
After all, there could be a wide clearing deep inside the cave.
But the sky spread out above their heads was utterly incomprehensible.
They had clearly entered through the inner side of the stone wall, yet now the two of them stood in the middle of a forest under a gray sky.
Seon Woo-jin muttered.
“This is impossible.”
If the direction they had entered the stone gate was toward the outer edge of the circular passage, they might have thought this was the forest on the opposite side of the cave.
But the stone gate had been on the inner side of the circular passageway—meaning deeper into the mountain’s core.
So when you entered it, it was absolutely impossible for a forest where you could see the sky to spread out before you.
That was when it happened.
Behind them, another person leaped in.
Two of them, in fact.
