Dohyun had confidently declared that he would clear Samurai Hearts today, but he couldn’t move right away.
He needed to prioritize healing the wounds he sustained in the fight against Tengu with the half-Blood Jade that had its curse lifted.
After fully recovering his body, Dohyun emerged onto the surface, only to stop in his tracks.
He realized he didn’t know where the Sword Saint was.
Until now, progressing through Samurai Hearts usually meant moving on to the next event after one concluded, but this time it wasn’t the case.
“I wonder where the Sword Saint is.”
Dohyun and Seung-yeon, having emerged from the underground passage next to the Nagamatsu main castle, looked around.
The first thing they noticed was the Kagaro Family’s forces still fighting to capture the castle walls.
They quickly dismissed the idea of him being there.
He was supposed to be the final boss, after all; they wouldn’t just throw him into a siege.
“Where do you guys think the Sword Saint is?”
-The final boss is always at the top, that’s the rule.
-Go deeper underground!
-Nah, that’s the end of the line down there.
-Maybe he’s surprisingly in the siege?
Various speculations about the Sword Saint’s location poured out in response to Seung-yeon’s question.
The most plausible suggestion was that he was on the top floor of the Nagamatsu main castle.
The reason being that Nagamatsu Kazuyoshi, the original final boss, appeared in that very spot.
