Chapter 219 < Dragon Hunter - Lord of the Canyon (1) >
“Who do you need?”
The question came from William, the director of Aioll Technology, a research institute under Aikora Corporation.
His expression held a hint of bewilderment.
That was how incomprehensible the story he had just heard was to him.
However, the man in front of him, Jack, the team leader of the Artificial Intelligence Research and Development Team at Aioll Technology, didn’t seem to care about William’s reaction at all.
He replied in a nonchalant voice.
“Kratos. A Korean personal streamer.”
“A Korean personal streamer? Look, Jack. Instead of suddenly saying, ‘I need him,’ you need to tell me why so I can understand.”
William, who had taken off his glasses, pressed the bridge of his nose as if he had a headache and sighed.
Really, he thought, being a research director was a thankless job.
Let’s put aside the fact that Aikora Corporation, the parent company, was constantly pressuring him to produce results commensurate with the costs they had invested.
They were a company, after all, so they couldn’t keep pouring money into research that wasn’t producing results.
The problem was this research team.
Whether they knew of his efforts to shield them from the pressure from above or not, they were making bizarre demands every day.
Just like now.
They said they had something to discuss regarding the development of ‘artificial intelligence with perfect Combat Intelligence,’ but what they were saying was that they needed a Korean personal streamer?
